A weekly activity checklist.
To manage my energy and balance out my hobbies, I perhaps need to finally build an activity checklist. Per week.
I've chosen Apple Numbers for no reason other than it syncs easy peasy. All my ecosystem is Apple. I don't like that fact, but it is.
So far, I've put down:
- Play FC pro clubs - 4 times a week
- Play Valorant - every Sunday
- Spend dedicated time on creative project - once a week
- Meet a friend - once a week
- Work from a cafe/co-working space - once a week
- Exercise - once a week
We'll see how this goes.
I don't like it when gaming consumes my whole life.
Due to some medical care, I don't have a lot of free time anyway. I should manage it better.
Do you use something like this? Does it help? Any tips for a newbie?
